We currently do not ship internationally.

Orders from Apelltile.com are delivered using trusted U.S. carriers. Carrier selection is based on your location, package weight, delivery speed, and operational efficiency.

  • UPS: Ground, 3-Day Select, and standard parcel services
  • FedEx: Ground Economy, Home Delivery
  • DHL eCommerce (when applicable): Final-mile delivery via USPS

3. Handling Time

All orders enter handling before they are shipped. Our handling time is: 1–2 business days.

Handling includes:

  • Quality checks
  • Final packaging
  • Application of shipping labels
  • Transfer to carrier pickup queue

Once transferred to the carrier, your order will typically arrive within 3–7 business days. This timeframe applies to all 50 states, though certain regions (Alaska, Hawaii, rural areas) may require slightly longer transit times. We offer a simple and transparent flat-rate shipping fee for all orders within the United States.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99

Shipping costs are automatically applied at checkout. The flat rate covers:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • All eligible carrier services (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce)
  • Any package weight or size allowed by our carriers

There are no hidden fees.

7. Business Hours & Cut-Off Times

Orders placed outside business hours begin handling the next business day.

8. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

9. Delivery Attempts

Delivery attempt policies vary by carrier:

  • USPS: One attempt + post office hold
  • UPS: Up to 3 attempts
  • FedEx: Up to 3 attempts
  • DHL eCommerce: Delivered via USPS final mile

If delivery fails, the package may be held at a local facility or returned to us.

10. Returned-to-Sender Packages

A package may be returned if the address is incorrect, recipient unavailable, package unclaimed, or delivery refused. In these cases:

  • Customer pays for reshipment
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

11. Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure accuracy of name, street address, apartment/suite number, city, state, ZIP code, email and phone number.

We cannot refund or replace packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

12. Delivery Delays and External Factors

Delays may occur due to carrier network congestion, weather issues, natural disasters, seasonal peaks (Black Friday, Christmas), customs or security checks for APO/FPO, or errors by third-party carriers.

We will assist you in coordinating with carriers when necessary.

13. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or solution depending on the severity.

Missing Packages (Marked Delivered but Not Received)
Before contacting us, please:

  • Check with neighbors or front desk
  • Look around your property
  • Wait 24 hours for late carrier scanning
  • Contact the carrier

If still unresolved, we will help file a support inquiry with the carrier.

Lost Packages
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

14. Multiple-Item Orders

Orders with multiple products may ship separately due to inventory location, weight/size requirements, or carrier limitations.

You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost.

15. Pre-Orders and Backorders

Products listed as pre-order or backorder will display an estimated availability date.

Shipping begins only after the items are restocked and follows the same timelines:

  • Standard handling (1–2 days) and transit time (3–7 days) then apply
  • Split shipments are provided at no additional fee
