Cancel/Change Order Policy for Apelltile

At Apelltile, we strive to process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order or cancel it altogether. This policy outlines the steps you can take to request an order cancellation or change, and the conditions under which we can accommodate these requests.

  1. Order Cancellation
  • Cancellation Window: You can request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, and cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@apelltile.com. Include your order number in the subject line and specify that you wish to cancel your order.
  • Order Status: If your order has already been processed for shipment or has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to return the item once you receive it.
  1. Changing an Order
  • Change Window: We are happy to help you make changes to your order within 1 hour of placing it, such as updating the shipping address, adding items to the order, or changing the size or color of your t-shirt.
  • How to Change: To request a change, contact us as soon as possible at support@apelltile.com with your order number and the specific changes you’d like to make.
  • Change Limitations: If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes. Once your order is shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process if you want to exchange the item.
  1. After the Cancellation or Change Window Has Passed
  • Shipping Processed Orders: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to follow the progress of your package. At this point, cancellations and changes are no longer possible.
  • Return & Refund Process: If you receive your order and wish to return it for any reason, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or request a refund, provided the item meets the conditions outlined in our return policy.
  1. Special Circumstances
  • Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock or unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to either wait for the item to become available, choose an alternative, or receive a full refund.
  • Payment Errors: If there is an issue with your payment (e.g., payment failed), we will contact you to resolve the issue. You may need to provide an alternate payment method before we can ship your order.
