If your payment card or PayPal account uses a different currency, your payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional fees. These charges are controlled by your bank, card issuer, or PayPal and are not charged by Apelltile.

11. Refunds to Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Apelltile cannot issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method for security reasons.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after refund approval or return inspection, depending on the situation. Your bank, card issuer, or PayPal may require additional time to post the funds.

12. Canceled Orders and Payment Refunds

If an order cancellation is approved before fulfillment or shipment, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Apelltile does not charge a cancellation fee for approved cancellations.
